  • UK Shipping

    Orders under £150 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a cost of £5.

    Orders over £150 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for £12, providing a faster and fully tracked service.

    Alternatively, you can choose Click & Collect from our store in Stow-on-the-Wold, which is free of charge. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

  • International Shipping

    If you are located outside the UK, please contact us via email at thesquare-stow@hotmail.com to discuss postage costs. International shipping rates vary depending on the destination country and the size or weight of the item(s).

    We are also able to ship items that may be available in store but not currently advertised online. Due to the size or weight of certain products, additional postage charges may apply. Please contact us if you would like to discuss these costs.

Return Policy

Returns

For online purchases, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

For items purchased in store, we do not offer refunds.

We are happy to offer an exchange or a gift voucher to the same value, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item isdamaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalised products
  • Gift cards

Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased in the sale or with a discount are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item following the return process.
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original postage costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs

It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
